This platform exists purely to help neighbours help each other. There are no commercial listings, no advertising, and no profit motive. It belongs to everyone who uses it.
02 Return things as you found them.
Clean it, put it back in its case, replace anything consumable you used up. If something breaks while in your care, be honest about it and make it right.
03 Money is between you.
This platform does not handle payments. If a tool owner asks for a small contribution to cover wear and tear, agree on it in advance and settle it directly.
04 Be a good neighbour.
Respond to messages promptly. Return tools on time. Be understanding when plans change. Treat every interaction as if you will meet in person again.
